If you have homeowner's insurance or umbrella coverage, you may be able to add a rider to your current policy for a nominal monthly charge.  Otherwise, you may wish to consider a self-storage insurance provider like Xercor.  Either way, you should insure your goods against casualty loss as Swiftwater Storage is not liable for any losses you may incur if you don't obtain insurance.
